A brand is four hundred small decisions. We have made them a hundred times over.
Product, suppliers, identity, packaging, listings, storefront, demand. We build all of it with you, then hand every piece over in your name.
First job is proving the idea deserves your money. We start with product research and suppliers, not a logo.

Nobody fails at the hard part.
They fail at the first three.
When a brand is visibly struggling, the reason is usually already a year old.

First supplier who answered, first quote accepted, no sample round. The relationship is the product.

Why build brands for other people?
Because the people who were stuck were never stuck on effort. Nobody had shown them the middle part. The middle is where it is decided, and almost nobody teaches it because it takes a year.
What do you refuse to promise?
A number. I will not tell you what you are going to earn, because I do not know. What I promise is the work. Done properly, and explained well enough that you can repeat it alone.
What has changed in twelve years?
Much easier to start, much harder to stand out. You used to win on being early. Now you win on being better at the boring parts. Good news if you will do the work.
What makes you say no?
When someone wants me to run it forever. If you do not want to learn how it works, we are the wrong people. In a year you should not need us.
We turn people down,
and here is when.
A build takes a year. Better to lose the conversation now than waste twelve months of yours.
We will not give you one. Anyone who does should worry you.
We carry the heavy work, but a brand with an absent owner has nobody making decisions.
Copies compete on price and lose. We build labels meant to last three years.
We are not an agency on retainer. The plan is always that you take it over.
If none of those are you, the call is short and there is nothing to prepare. Either way you leave knowing more than you did.

The things you would ask
on the call anyway.
We carry the specialist work. You carry the decisions and sit in the important conversations. Plan on a few real hours a week, not a few minutes.
No, plenty arrive with none. You do need the willingness to learn the parts you do not enjoy, because the goal is that you run this without us.
It depends on the category and how fast samples move. Regulated categories take longer. You get a realistic schedule after the first call, not before it.
Then we find out early, which is why the research stage exists. Products get cut at shortlist, at sample stage and after the first creative round. Cutting one is a good outcome, not a failure.
Yes, and plenty do, but it is a choice. Coaching runs for a year as standard. After that, if you would rather run everything yourself, you already have everything you need.
Nothing prepared. Bring what you want to build and what has stopped you. If we are not the right people we will usually point you at what would help instead.
